14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Tabletop Humbucker. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

✅ Return conditions

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and undamaged

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

📦 How to start a return

  1. Contact us through the Contact menu on happydinosaur.se

  2. We’ll send return instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label

  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of approval

🚚 Return shipping

  • You cover return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or our mistake, we’ll cover the cost

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days, please get in touch

🛠 Damaged or wrong item?

Please inspect your order on arrival. If something’s wrong, let us know within 10 days so we can make it right.

We don’t accept returns on:

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
